How this library stays alive

Stage	Rule
Intake	PR to prompts/. One prompt per PR, using the entry template below.
Review	Role owner approves. Tier 3 (Project instructions, CLAUDE.md-adjacent) also needs Founder or Mr. Tech.
Pruning	Monthly. Not validated in 60 days → stale label. 90 days → deleted.
Validation	Did the output pass CI / get used without a rewrite? Note the date in Last validated.
Projects sync	Each role’s Claude Project instructions are the Tier 3 prompt for that role, kept in sync with this repo.
